Zebra 2844 Firmware

When using ShipRush for USPS printing with a Zebra LP2844 printer, the 2D "Datamatrix" bar code may not print. This is a crucial issue, as this bar code is the postage stamp!

Note: For questions and technical support related to LP2844 printers and the Datamatrix bar code, please contact Zebra technical support at (877)275-9327. Z-Firm support is not able to assist with printer internals.

Resolution:

In most cases, this issue can be resolved by updating the firmware on the Zebra / Eltron LP2844 printer.

-These steps apply only to the Zebra LP2844. If other printer models have problems with the Data Matrix bar code, please contact Zebra technical support.

These steps are technical, but any power user or competent PC Technician should be able to assist.
