General FAQs

Can PrintRush print to my remote offices?
Yes. If you have a VPN, or the printers can be printed to as IP printers, PrintRush can print to them.

Can PrintRush print to my thermal printer?
In most cases, yes.

How much volume can PrintRush print?
This depends on document size, and how fast your printer can print. In most cases, PrintRush is faster than the printer. Merge performance is from 100-1500 an hour, depending on a number of factors.

If my printer runs out of paper, or the PrintRush Server crashes in the middle of a print job, what happens?
If the printer is turned off or runs out of paper, jobs will queue up until the printer is back on line. If PrintRush itself goes down, it will pick up where it left off when it comes back up.
