I have a discount and/or contract with FedEx. Will I get my discounted rates if I use ShipRush to ship?
Yes! You will get your discounts when you use ShipRush.
Hey, what is that 'surcharge' in ShipRush? Am I being charged more?
No, you are not being charged more. Shipments made with ShipRush cost the same as the same shipment processed at fedex.com and other places. The amount FedEx charges is made of two parts: The 'base' shipping charge + surcharges. Surcharges include Fuel Surcharges, and optional services (like signature services, COD fees and other options). Remember that signature service is free when shipping to businesses, but is extra cost when shipping to residences. For details on FedEx charges, please refer to the FedEx Service Guide.
Can I ship via FedEx Ground® with ShipRush?
Yes. You can ship via FedEx Ground® and FedEx Home Delivery® with ShipRush.
Can I use my FedEx supplied label printer with ShipRush?
Yes.
Can FedEx shippers ship internationally with ShipRush ?
Yes. ShipRush for FedEx lets you ship to all countries served by FedEx. Note that at this time, ShipRush is for
USA origination only.
Can FedEx shippers ship multi-parcel shipments with ShipRush ?
Yes.
Can I ship via FedEx return services (aka call tags) with ShipRush ?
Yes.
ShipRush for eBay
What is the ShipRush for eBay offer?
Z-Firm and FedEx have teamed up to offer a free, one year license of ShipRush for eBay to all U.S. FedEx customers who download ShipRush prior to December 19, 2008.
What do I pay for my shipments?
Your shipments are billed at your then current FedEx rate, as determined by FedEx. You are billed for shipments on your regular FedEx invoice, the same as for shipments processed with FedEx Ship Manager and other tools.
Where do I get ShipRush for eBay?
FedEx account holders can obtain Z-Firm's ShipRush by visiting http://www.zfirm.com/ebay
What are the other terms?
FedEx shippers who first installed ShipRush for eBay prior to December 19, 2007 receive two years of free ShipRush for eBay, and shippers who first installed ShipRush for eBay prior to December 19, 2006 receive three years of free ShipRush for eBay.
Use of ShipRush is subject to the terms and conditions of ShipRush software license. FedEx shipping is subject to the FedEx Service Guide. The ShipRush license code on this web site allows up to three concurrent users of ShipRush to ship from a single ShipRush database. If you need more than three users, Z-Firm Customer Service will provide a code at no charge. ShipRush for eBay is published by Z-Firm LLC.
